Matt Schepke reported yesterday that he had been traded to the Trenton Titans. I didn't want to comment before knowing the full details but it seems official now as Trenton Titans send 22 Year old Forward Ryan Hayes to Greenville. Last year was Hayes first year in professional hockey where he put up 50 Points (23+27) in 60 Contest for the lowly Trenton Devils. He also played Junior hockey in the OHL for the Plymouth Whalers where he notched 102 points in 132 games. Hayes captured the 2009-2010 CHL Humanitarian of The Year award. In addition to playing in the OHL he also played for Boston College and on the US National team. The Syracuse native is a smaller forward but has demonstrated a nose for the net in his career so far hopefully he continues that for the Road Warriors in 2011-2012.
